So, I just took up rock climbing. Despite Kenneth's reluctance, he agreed to take a lesson with me at the indoor climbing gym near us. At the beginning of the lesson he was dying and internally swearing never to do it again. But then he got to climb. And now he's hooked. :)
Rock climbing is interesting. It's not really *strenuous* per se, but by the end of the night we were both pretty sweaty. And today (2 days later) my forearms are in pain. I guess regular weightlifting doesn't really work the forearms. But apparently rock climbing does! As long as I don't end up with veiny forearms like Angelina Jolie I'll be OK with that.
We're going again tonight.
